Our virgin walnut oil is obtained from the first cold pressing process. Produced from walnuts of the Franquette variety, cultivated exclusively in the Aquitaine region, this oil distinguishes itself through its richness in essential fatty acids (notably OMEGA 3) that promote a healthy cardiovascular system.

With its authentic flavour of fresh walnuts, this oil can be used as a natural food flavouring.
