Produced exclusively from the highest quality Franquette walnuts, our walnut oil is naturally rich in unsaturated fatty acids, including the two essential fatty acids for our bodies: linoleic acid – roughly 60% omega 6 – and alpha-linoleic acid – roughly 15% omega 3.
The walnuts are harvested in early October and undergo a gentle drying process to bring their humidity rate down to around 12%. This enables the fruit to preserve all of its nutritional qualities and its flavour.
